This Wednesday 27th june

This Wednesday we will be outside, and Scouts need to wear suitable footwear/clothing in case its wet, as we are cooking on fires, open toe, or thin canvas ( ie converse/crocs) footwear is not recomended
Also we need to have all the forms/returns back for the summer camp at Tolmers, 21st-28th July 2012 as this must be booked with final numbers in the next few days.
(see attached letter)
I am aware that there are a few School trips taking place, and as a result some Scouts will not be at Scouts this Wednesday. If any of those Scouts want to go to Tolmers, can you please return the form in a clearly marked envelope to Scouts this Wednesday - thanks.

The following week ( 3rd of July) we are planning to meet at the Parish church car park in Melbourne for a wide game in the intake woods – meeting at the car park at 7:15 and finishing at 9:15pm
